Photography Appointment Guidelines During Covid-19
Below is a list of guidelines that we are asking all agents and homeowners to please follow to keep everyone safe during Covid-19. Please share this list with the homeowner before the appointment to make sure they are aware. These guidelines will be in place until further notice.
- Homeowner needs to have the home 100% prepared for photos before we arrive. Please have every light and lamp turned on before we arrive. The only exception is if the property is vacant and no one is meeting us there, our photographer will turn on the lights.
- Please view our PREP YOUR HOME LIST for more information on having your home prepared for photography.
- Please maintain social distance by staying at least 6 feet away from our photographers at all time. If possible, please stay outside during the appointment. The less people in the home, the better and safer for everyone. If homeowners or agents are staying inside during the appointment, please wear a face covering/mask.
- Please do not ask our photographers to move or touch anything in the home as we have instructed them not to do so.
