How do I book a photoshoot?

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

After scheduling your appointment, you will be sent an email with a link to view, edit, and reschedule your appointment. Please use this link to reschedule as needed. If you need to cancel all together, please email flyoverpropertiesteam@gmail.com

Any appointment cancelled/rescheduled within 12 HOURS of the appointment will be billed 50% of the total cost, including driving fees. This fee applies if we arrive at the property & are unable to take the photos for any reason, including if the wrong address is entered into the request form. You can not use the link mentioned above to automatically reschedule your appointment if it is within the 12 hour window prior to your appointment. Please email flyoverpropertiesteam@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule if it is during this 12 hour window.

Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge Launch & Reach packages have a $75 cancellation & reschedule fee. Luxe packages have a fee of $212.50. Any other services ordered through Listing Concierge will also have a 50% fee if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled during this 12 our window.

What is your weather cancellation/reschedule policy?

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not automatically cancel or reschedule any photography services aside from aerial services due to weather. If you’d like to cancel or reschedule due to weather forecast, please do so prior to 12 hours before your appointment or the cancellation fee will apply.

WEATHER & AERIAL SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY:

Inclement weather can prevent our photographers from flying their drones to capture aerial media.

3 and 5 Aerial Photos: Due to this being an add on service only, we will not be able to reschedule the 3 and 5  Aerial Photos services to another date if weather prevents us from being able to take these at your appointment. Your invoice will not include the cost of 3 or 5 Aerial Photos service if we cannot capture the 3 or 5 Aerial Photos due to weather. If you ordered 5 Aerial Photos as an add on through Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge, you will need to contact Coldwell Banker for a refund. 

What are your payment policies?

We will email you an invoice after your photoshoot. Media is not delivered until online payment has been received. Photo turnaround is next day and video turnaround is two days. Please submit payment on the same day as your photoshoot so we can deliver media once it is ready. If payment is submitted after the day of the photoshoot and outside of our business hours (Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM), delivery may be delayed. If you do not need media after your photoshoot, payment is still required within 3 days. If you have a Saturday photoshoot and pay your invoice on Saturday, your media will be delivered within the turnaround time above. We only accept online payment via our online payment service provider. We do not accept checks, cash, Venmo or other forms of payment.

How should I prepare my home for a photoshoot?

Thank you for asking! Having your home ready for photos prior to the appointment is very important to ensure the photoshoot goes smoothly. Please review our “Prep Your Home” list. If the property is not ready for photos, we may not be able to photograph the property, and our cancellation fee will apply. We are unable to move/clean/organize items in the home. We cannot take photos if cleaners, construction crews, showings, etc., are at the property. In this case, we will need to reschedule, and our cancellation fee will apply. www.flyoverproperties.com/prepyourhome

What is the turnaround time on photos and videos?
  • Photos: Next day turnaround on all photos
  • Zillow 3D Tours: Next day turnaround after the photoshoot
  • Floor Plans: Floor plans that are processed via Zillow 3D Home or Cubicasa may take up to 48 hours to be completed
  • Videos: Two day turnaround – delivered by the end of the second day

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! 

Google Review Discount: 10% Discount for leaving us a Google Review

Referral Discount: 25% off for referring a new client to us. Please be sure that client adds a note into their booking form that you referred them. That new client will also receive 25% off their first photoshoot by letting us know they were referred by a current client. After their photoshoot is booked and paid for, we will notify you that you have a referral credit available to use for future use and provide directions on how to redeem that. 

We also run different promotions with discounts! Keep an eye out! 

 

How is your media delivered to me?
  • Photos: All regular photos are sent via Dropbox Link. If you are ordering your photos through a Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge package, those are uploaded directly to Listing Concierge and not dropbox.
  • Videos: Videos are delivered via a Vimeo link. You are able to share that link or download the video file directly.

Will you photograph a vacant home without me being there?

Yes! We’re happy to photograph a property without the agent or owner meeting us at the property as long as:

  • There is a way for us to safely access the property such as a contractor lockbox or key hidden. We do NOT have Supra lockbox access.
  • You are comfortable with our photographer using their best judgement on what photos to take without your input at the photoshoot.

Will you photograph a tenant occupied home without me being there?

No. We require that the agent, homeowner or property manager meets our photographer on site for any property that is tenant occupied.

Your booking page allows bookings up to 60 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh. Do you travel further?

We occasionally travel further than 60 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh if our schedule allows! Please reach out to us directly at flyoverpropertiesteam@gmail.com to see if we can travel to your property and for a custom quote.
