Package Loyalty Program

Welcome! 

After launching our bundled service packages in early 2024 we have received extremely positive feedback. To provide even more value we are excited to present our Package Loyalty Program!

Below you will find all the information you need to take advantage of our Program. We created this program to support our most valuable clients, those who continue to choose Fly Over Properties as their partner for all their real estate media needs.

How it works:

1. Book a Photoshoot

Click the button or go to order.FlyOverProperties.com to book your next photoshoot and select the “General Order” option. 

2. Select a Package

After entering the property address select one of our service bundles from the Packages tab.

Our service bundles offer additional discounts compared to ordering idividual services!

3. Pay your Invoice

After the photos and media are captured at your listing and have been edited, an invoice will be emailed to you. 

Once your invoice is paid you’ll receive your media and an email confirming you earned 1 point toward your $100 reward!

4. Check your balance

Check your reward balance anytime to see how close you are to redeeming your reward.

5. Redeem

When your account shows “5 Packages” under the Available Rewards section you are eligible to redeem your $100 loyalty reward on your next appointment.

To redeem simply:

  1. Send an email to FlyOverPropertiesTeam@Gmail.com letting us know you want to redeem your available reward.
  2. We will send you a promo code and deduct the points from your loyalty account.
  3. Use that promo code on your next order that includes one of our packages when you checkout.

Do my previous orders that included packages count toward my Loyalty Reward?

Yes they do! If you ordered and paid for any packages they will be credited toward your reward. Check your balance to see how many points you have.

How do I get points toward my Loyalty Reward?

When you book any appointment with Fly Over Properties that includes any of our bundle packages from the “Packages” section of the order form and pay your invoice you will receive 1 point. 

Orders where a Loyalty Reward is redeemed do not count toward your next Loyalty Reward.

How do I redeem my reward?

Once you have unlocked your reward, your balance will show your reward is available.

  1. Send an email to FlyOverPropertiesTeam@Gmail.com letting us know you want to redeem your available reward.
  2. We will send you a promo code and deduct the points from your loyalty account.
  3. Use that promo code on your next order that includes one of our packages when you checkout.
Can I redeem my Loyalty Reward on orders that do not include a service package?

You cannot. Only paid invoices for orders that include a full price premade packages count toward your Loyalty Reward.

Do orders without a package count toward my Loyalty Reward?

They do not. Only orders that include one of our premade packages count toward your Loyalty Reward.

When I redeem my Loyalty Reward do I get a point toward my next reward?

No you do not. Only orders that include full price packages count toward your reward.

Does anything else count toward my Loyalty Reward?

Occasionally we will run promotions that will count other types of orders and activities as points toward your Loyalty Reward! Just keep an eye on our social media and your email for those annoucements. 

Do I need to sign up for the Package Loyalty Program?

No you do not! Simply order a package through our automatic order form and you’ll automatically be added to our system with points logged!

On my next order I will get my Loyalty Reward, can I apply my Loyalty Reward to my the order?

No you cannot.

To be eligible for a Loyalty Reward you must pay for 5 orders at the full price. 

I forgot to redeem my reward on an order. What do I do now?

If you have not paid for your order yet, contact us at FlyOverPropertiesTeam@Gmail.com and we’ll apply your eligible reward to your invoice.

If you have already paid for your order we cannot offer a refund on your order. You can apply your loyalty reward to your next appointment.

 

If I order multiple individual services, not a package, will my order count toward my Loyalty Reward?

It will not. Only one of our premade packages counts toward your Loyalty Reward.

If you regularly order individual services that are not part of a premade package, contact our team so we can consider updating our premade packages. 

Can I make my own package?

If our premade packages do not offer enough for your listings, contact our team at FlyOverPropertiesTeam@gmail.com and we’ll discuss your options. 

Do my Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge orders count toward my Loyalty Reward?

No they do not. Coldwell Banker handles all payments on Listing Concierge orders making it impossible for us to apply a discount to your invoice.
