CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES:

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

After scheduling your appointment, you will be sent an email with a link to view, edit, and reschedule your appointment. Please use this link to cancel or reschedule as needed. You can also email flyoverpropertiesteam@gmail.com to cancel/reschedule.

Any appointment cancelled/rescheduled within 12 HOURS of the appointment will be billed 50% of the total cost, including driving fees. This fee applies if we arrive at the property & are unable to take the photos for any reason, including if the wrong address is entered into the request form. You can not use the link mentioned above to automatically cancel or reschedule your appointment if it is within the 12 hour window prior to your appointment. Please email flyoverpropertiesteam@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule if it is during this 12 hour window.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not automatically cancel or reschedule any photography services aside from aerial services due to weather. If you’d like to cancel or reschedule due to weather forecast, please do so prior to 12 hours before your appointment or the cancellation fee will apply.

WEATHER & AERIAL SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY:

Inclement weather can prevent our photographers from flying their drones to capture aerial media.

3 Aerial Photos: Due to this being an add on service only, we will not be able to reschedule the 3 Aerial Photos to another date. Your invoice will not include the cost of 3 Aerial Photos service if we cannot capture the 3 Aerial Photos due to weather.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Photos are delivered after receiving online payment. Please submit payment on the same day as your photoshoot so we can deliver photos once they are ready the next day. If payment is submitted after the day of the photoshoot and outside of our business hours (Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM), delivery may be delayed. If you do not need the photos after your photoshoot, payment is still required within 3 days. We only accept online payment via our online payment service provider. We do not accept checks, cash, Venmo or other forms of payment.

PREP YOUR HOME:

Please review our “Prep Your Home” list. If the property is not ready for photos, we may not be able to photograph the property, and our cancellation fee will apply. We are unable to move/clean/organize items in the home. We cannot take photos if cleaners, construction crews, showings, etc., are at the property. In this case, we will need to reschedule, and our cancellation fee will apply. www.flyoverproperties.com/prepyourhome

ADDRESS CONFIRMATION:

The address in this form is where photography will be taken, NOT your home/office address. If the wrong address is entered and we go to the wrong property, the cancellation fee will apply.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS:

The client is granted the right to use the photos for marketing their property. However, all copyright ownership of the photographs remains with Fly Over Properties. The client may not sell, distribute, or transfer the photos without express written permission from Fly Over Properties.

LIABILITY LIMITATION:

Fly Over Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of information, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

PHOTO EDITING AND RETOUCHING POLICY:

Standard photo editing is included in your package, covering basic adjustments to exposure, color, and sharpness. Advanced editing requests, such as object removal or architectural corrections, may incur additional charges. Please specify any special editing requests prior to the photoshoot.

DELIVERY TIMELINE:

Photos are delivered the next day after your photoshoot if online payment has been received. Videos are delivered two days after your photoshoot if online payment has been received. Delays beyond the control of Fly Over Properties (e.g., technical issues) will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS:

The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible on the day of the photoshoot. This includes providing keys, access codes, or permissions necessary for Fly Over Properties to enter and complete the photoshoot.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

If the photographer arrives for a scheduled appointment and cannot gain access to the property due to a client no-show, a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the client.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

Our goal is client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 12 hours of photo delivery to discuss possible resolutions.

Mobile Messaging Consent

By using the services of Fly Over Properties, you consent to receive mobile messages, including but not limited to appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and updates. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and the nature of the services provided.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent by Fly Over Properties. Please consult your mobile service provider for details regarding your plan and any applicable fees.

Opt-Out: If you wish to opt out of receiving mobile messages, you can do so at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the message or emailing us at the email below. Please note that opting out may impact your ability to receive important updates and information about your services.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under or connected with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Allegheny County PA.

Fly Over Properties Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Fly Over Properties Loyalty Program is available to all customers who purchase service packages through the Fly Over Properties order form. Participation starts automatically upon the first qualified purchase.

Earning Points: Points are earned by booking appointments that include any of our bundle packages and paying the invoice in full. Each paid invoice for a qualifying package earns one (1) loyalty point. Orders where a Loyalty Reward is redeemed or promotional orders where no payment is made do not qualify for point accumulation.

Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed once the required threshold is reached, as indicated in your loyalty account balance. To redeem, indicate your desire to use the reward in the “Any other details?” section of your next order form. A discount of $100 will be applied to your invoice, and five (5) points will be deducted from your account.

Restrictions: Loyalty Rewards cannot be applied to orders that do not include a full-price premade service package. Orders without premade packages, including individual service orders, do not count toward Loyalty Reward points. Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge orders do not qualify for point accumulation due to third-party payment processing.

Point Expiration: Points may expire if not used; please refer to your loyalty account balance for expiration information.

Account Access: Customers can check their Loyalty Reward balance by visiting the designated reward balance webpage. Account information is updated following the completion and payment of a qualifying order.

Amendments: Fly Over Properties reserves the right to change, modify, or amend any part of the Loyalty Program terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members are encouraged to review the terms regularly for any changes.

Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with the Loyalty Program will be used in accordance with Fly Over Properties’ Privacy Policy.
